Allowing Life to Flow Uninhibited

By Douglas J. Price, D.C.

If you’ve read most health magazines, most likely you are aware of your options when it comes to health matters. However, I have noticed that there is a need for more guidance in making it all flow. Though supplements, diet and exercise are important, how do those things make life flow?

Before we do any healing work, we need to honestly observe ourselves. Despite having the healthiest of habits, some people will still come down with debilitating illnesses. When we experience disturbances in the flow, we need to look at what is triggering those disturbances.

First, we must recognize and become aware of past unanticipated traumatic events that play a significant role in our lives; we may get triggered when we find ourselves in a situation or environment that reminds us of those past traumas.

When we are able to find resolution, then our lives flow uninhibited. It may take time but it is well worth it. As Socrates said, “an unexamined life is not worth living.”

When healthy eating habits, supplements, etc. are not enough, then you may want to explore PEMF healing mats, which produce pulsed electromagnetic fields around an individual’s body. Using this mat can also enhance other healing modalities that you already may be using.

For example, chronic back pain may result from obstacles in a person’s life obstructing the flow – i.e., when things do not go smoothly. Once resolved, the physical manifestations can be healed with the support of chiropractic adjustments, a PEMF healing mat, and other helpful modalities that will increase the flow of health and wellbeing.
